Please list at least one alternative for each item you order. If we're out of something and you don't list alternatives, you will get a credit slip.

To avoid credit slips, either call and reserve items or list alternative choices. Credit slips are given only as a last resort and we really don't like giving them any more than you like getting them. Sound Idea does not keep record of credit slips issued, so, DON'T LOSE YOUR CREDIT SLIP OR YOU WILL BE OUT OF LUCK.

In general, if you are ordering records, CDs, zines, books, DVDs or videos, we can send your order by MEDIA MAIL with no additional charge to you. MEDIA MAIL is a special rate offered by the U.S. post office for media only. Media mail delivery time may take up to two weeks, but is usually less. (If you want to get your stuff in 2 or 3 days, please ask us about PRIORITY MAIL.)

If you are ordering T-shirts, stickers, buttons or anything else that does not qualify for media mail, we must send your order by PRIORITY MAIL. Once again, it is best for you to call or use the instant order form and let us figure the shipping.

If you are concerned about your package getting lost or stolen, ask about insurance and delivery confirmation.
